Good Vibes: Hip-hopping onto the scene is a new magazine, Vibe, which will focus on rap, reggae and dance music. After a successful test, it has an official launch in September. A joint venture of Time Inc. and the Quincy Jones Entertainment Co., the magazine will cover culture, politics, fashion and lifestyle of the music scene. Jones, the magazine’s founder, calls it the “Rolling Stone of the ‘90s.”
