Milken’s Prison Term Ends: Michael Milken’s prison sentence has officially ended, but the financier who made junk bonds the most powerful corporate weapon of the 1980s must still cope with prostate cancer, probation, three years of community service and a ban on providing financial advice. Milken, 46, learned within weeks of his January release from a prison camp to a Hollywood halfway house that he had prostate cancer, which can often be treated successfully when discovered early.
