Francis J. McKay has been appointed president of Rockwell Graphic Systems, part of Rockwell International Corp. in Seal Beach. He succeeds James D. Cavanaugh, who is retiring. He joined Graphic Systems in 1983 as director of international marketing and rose to vice president and general manager for newspaper and commercial products in Europe before taking the position of executive vice president last year. Rockwell Graphic Systems is a manufacturer of web offset presses and supplies press equipment to the newspaper and commercial printing industries.
