Jeff Williams, owner of five Glendale restaurants, has been nominated for the 1992 California Restaurant Writers Assn.’s Restaurateur of the Year award.
Williams, who owns Noodles, Clancy’s Crab Cooker, Hondo’s, Jax and the Star Cafe, is one of eight restaurant owners nominated for the award, which will be given Monday at the association’s awards banquet.
Howard J. Korwes has been named vice president of finance/chief financial officer at Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center. Korwes comes from Community Health Care in Wausau, Wis., where he served in the same position.
