A jury in Camden, N.J., began deliberating a claim by former Philadelphia Eagle owner Leonard Tose that a casino took advantage of his gambling and alcohol problems to ply millions from him at blackjack tables.
Tose, 78, is seeking to recoup $2.4 million he claims he lost at the Sands Hotel Casino in Atlantic City on seven dates between June 1985 and March 1986.
