Milan Panic Returns to ICN: Milan Panic, the Southern California businessman who briefly served as Yugoslavia’s prime minister, has returned to his duties as chairman of ICN Pharmaceuticals in Costa Mesa, the company announced. Panic took a leave of absence last year when he returned to his native Yugoslavia. He served as prime minister from July until December, when he lost an election to Serbian President Slobodan Milosevic and received a “no confidence” vote from the Serbian parliament.
