TWA Bondholders to Sue Airline for Collateral: A group of Trans World Airlines Inc. bondholders will go to court on April 14 to retrieve $135 million in collateral after ending talks on the airline’s reorganization plan, the group’s attorney said. “We just couldn’t come to terms on a reorganization plan. The alternative is we go to court to get our money back,” said David Friedman, who represents the group. The group filed a motion last month in U.S. Bankruptcy Court to retrieve the collateral, which also includes spare parts and airport take-off and landing slots.
