POLITIC$: Rep. Robert K. Dornan’s high-profile reelection campaign has made the top 10 list for campaign spenders in the House of Representatives last year. . . . The Dornan campaign spent $1.6 million, mostly in the strident primary campaign against Superior Court Judge Judith Ryan, but that was only good enough for ninth place. Top spender was Santa Barbara Republican Michael Huffington with $5.4 million.
