Tour of Russia: Speaking of Russia, a tour of czarist Russia is being planned for September by a Santa Ana travel agency.
Guests will travel on waterways from Moscow to St. Petersburg aboard a cruise ship. The trip will begin Sept. 27--fall foliage season. The tour will include trips across three lakes, four rivers, two reservoirs and 17 locks, following the waterways in a project started by Peter the Great to connect the two great cities of old Russia, said Dianne LaPorte, vice president for World Travel.
The two-week trip costs $3,498 a person.
