Canyon 6, University 0--Four Canyon pitchers combined for a no-hitter in a consolation-round game. Brad Coukos, Brent Davidson, Silvio Paz and Pat McDermott shared the pitching duties.

Camarillo 16, St. Monica 1--Colby Keener slugged three doubles and knocked in five runs for Camarillo. George Lopez and Bennett Wutkee each had two hits and three runs for Camarillo and Paul Bonds picked up the victory.

Saugus 6, Sylmar 4--Brandon Hernandez drove in the tying run and scored the go-ahead run in the fifth inning to lead Saugus (4-1).

Rio Mesa 11, Harvard-Westlake 5--The Spartans scored 10 runs in the sixth, led by Eric Flores’ three-run home run.

Montclair Prep 9, Chaminade 3--Jeff Shapiro was three for four, and Brad Fullmer had a double and a home run for Montclair Prep.

Alemany 3, Culver City 0--John Tucker struck out eight and allowed three hits for Alemany.
