On Egypt

My husband and I returned from Egypt several weeks ago. We felt far safer there than in any major U.S. city and surely safer than in London, where the IRA regularly sets off car bombs in areas frequented by tourists. However, a bomb in a coffee shop in the heart of Cairo the last week in February is the kiss of death, as far as we’re concerned. If we had an upcoming trip, we would cancel.
