Kenneth J. Whittman, president of Crowell Insurance Agency in Irvine, has been appointed chairman of the Architecture Foundation of Orange County in Costa Mesa. The foundation sponsors lectures, environmental education programs for elementary school children, public tours and events, and such projects as a children’s coloring book of Orange County architecture.
