Hudson’s Grill to Franchise Up to 6 Restaurants to AGI

Hudson’s Grill of America Inc., a Ventura-based restaurant operator and franchiser, said it tentatively agreed to franchise up to six outlets to AGI Realty Service Group.
AGI, which is based in Cleveland, intends to continue operating the restaurants as Hudson’s Grills. The company would become Hudson’s third franchise group.
The Hudson’s system includes 20 Hudson’s Grills and two specialty restaurants in California, Texas and Oregon.
