CANYON COUNTRY : Operation Rescue Barred From Clinic, Doctor’s Home

Operation Rescue and two of its leaders have been barred by a Superior Court judge from demonstrating near the Canyon Country home and Los Angeles clinics of a doctor who performs abortions.
The injunction, handed down by Judge Diane Wayne last week after the shooting death in Florida of a physician by an anti-abortion protester, orders Operation Rescue members to stay at least 30 feet away from the home of Dr. Leo Kenneally and the two clinics he runs.
