Money Talks: Hollywood’s big interest in animation, in the wake of the massive Walt Disney hits “Aladdin” and “Beauty and the Beast,” is prompting Warner Bros., Hanna-Barbera and Silicon Graphics to underwrite a USC master’s program in animation. The three firms will support it with $450,000 over three years. . . . The Agency for the Performing Arts will underwrite a scholarship for comedy writing for film, TV and theater at UCLA in memory of Marty Klein, for $100,000 over 10 years.
