ORANGE COUNTY BRIEFLY : Koll Services Signs Deal to Manage 10 More Properties

NEWPORT BEACH — Koll Management Services has added 1.25 million square feet of space to its portfolio after signing on to manage 10 properties owned by Tobishima Development Co. in Santa Ana.
The contract includes the 4 Hutton Centre Drive and the Pioneer Bank buildings just west of the Costa Mesa Freeway at MacArthur Boulevard in Santa Ana, as well as the nearby Roxbury and Red Onion restaurants.
The properties also include Ebasco Plaza at 3000 W. MacArthur Blvd. in Santa Ana, an office building at 2020 E. 1st St. in Santa Ana and Stadium Centre at 2099 S. State College Blvd. in Anaheim. Imperial Centre, at 12440 E. Imperial Highway in Norwalk, also is included.
Terms of the contract were not announced. The deal brings Koll’s Orange County management portfolio to about 15 million square feet.
