Prudential Sues Brokers Over Partnerships: Prudential Securities Inc. has filed a lawsuit against two former Prudential brokers, seeking to stop them from providing testimony about the firm’s sale of limited partnerships. The firm’s suit, filed in state court in Denver, says Robert Leacox and Paul Landauer have violated employment agreements by using confidential information in their presentations. It seeks to have the former brokers enjoined from giving public presentations about the firm’s practices. One of the brokers said he plans to continue the seminars.
