The body of Ivan Zenon, a University of Tennessee football recruit, was found near shore in the Gulf of Mexico off Ft. Walton Beach, Fla., a day after he drowned in rough surf. Red flags had been flying to warn that conditions were too dangerous for swimming when Zenon, 18, of Mandeville, La., went in with some friends, authorities said.
