B-Movies Honored: Yet another movie awards show is in the works. USA Cable Channel plans to make an annual affair out of “The USA: Up All Night First Annual B-Minus Movie Awards,” to be highlighted by a Golden Crab Award for Lifetime Achievement in B-Movie Making to Roger Corman, the founder of New World Pictures who began his film career with the low-budget “Monsters From the Ocean Floor” in 1954. The two-part show will air on May 21 and 22 from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. both days.
