SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO : Hearings Scheduled on the City Budget

Public hearings on the municipal budget will be held every Tuesday evening during June, city officials said.
The hearings will begin at 7 p.m. in the San Juan Hot Springs Dance Hall on June 8, 22 and 29, and in the City Council chambers June 15.
The hearings will include information on the city’s financial condition and how the budget is affected by federal and state funding. Public input is being sought on projects being considered for the next fiscal year.
The city staff also is drawing up a five-year fiscal plan that will be presented to the council next month.
