Cartoon of Mulroney Wins Magazine a Ban

OTTAWA — A satirical magazine depicting Prime Minister Brian Mulroney in bed with a leading candidate to succeed him, Defense Minister Kim Campbell, was banned at the Conservative Party’s leadership convention.
Party officials said they had ordered stalls at the convention not to sell Frank magazine because it was offensive to delegates who were to vote for a new leader this weekend.
