Carolco Financial Restructuring Closes: The producer of such films as “Terminator 2: Judgment Day” and “Cliffhanger” will pay off holders of its 14% senior notes and 13% senior notes. The restructuring is designed to slash the debt of the ailing producer and restore the company to financial health.
