I-FLOW Corp.: The Irvine medical device manufacturer said it lost $631,000, or 11 cents a share, in the third quarter, compared with a net loss of $812,000, or 14 cents a share, for the corresponding 1992 period. Revenue increased to $1.7 million from $615,000. For the nine-month period, a net loss of $2 million, or 34 cents a share, was incurred, compared with a net loss of $2.8 million, or 59 cents a share, for the year-earlier period. Revenue rose to $4.4 million from $1.1 million.
