WASHINGTON — Linda H. Daschle, wife of Sen. Thomas A. Daschle (D-S.D.), will be nominated to be deputy administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration, President Clinton said Monday. She is senior vice president of the American Assn. of Airport Executives.
