The Orange County-based band Justice was named best band of 1993 in the California Country Music Assn.’s 10th annual statewide American Eagle Award contest. The county-based American Made Band won the record-of-the-year award for its “Forty Miles From Lonely” single. Awards were given out Sunday at Anaheim’s Phoenix Club.
