University 40, North Hollywood 0--Quarterback Lal Knight completed eight of 17 for 176 yards and four touchdowns as the Warriors (5-6) routed the Huskies at Palisades High.
North Hollywood (4-7) drove to the University 16-yard line on its first possession but then fumbled. Three plays later Knight connected with Mike Lee for an 86-yard score. The Huskies fumbled the ensuing kickoff, which led to another Knight touchdown pass, this one 18 yards to Quincy Norris.
North Hollywood committed four turnovers and gained just 145 yards. Quarterback Alvaro Castillo completed nine of 23 for 68 yards. He also ran for 63 yards, accounting for all but 14 of the Huskies’ yards.
Sophomore running back Marco Pleas of University gained 142 yards in 30 carries.
