Expansion Order Received: Satellite Technology Management Inc. of Costa Mesa said Thursday it received a $600,000 order to expand a satellite communications network in the Philippines. Emil Youssefzadeh, president of STM, said the contract is a sign of the company’s marketing push into Asia and the Pacific Rim. STM’s satellite networks allow businesses to use fax, voice, data and video communications lines.
