Santa Anita Realty Gets New President, CEO: Sherwood Chillingworth was named chief executive and vice chairman for Arcadia-based Santa Anita Realty Enterprises, and Christopher T. Stirling was named president and chief operating officer. The posts became vacant when the company’s former brass moved to Pacific Gulf Properties, the new real estate investment trust that Santa Anita formed last month. Chillingworth has run the annual Oak Tree meeting at Santa Anita racetrack for the past two years, while Stirling was previously a vice president at Homart Development.
