* Marc Werner has been appointed chairman of AmeriQuest Technologies Inc. in Irvine. He succeeds Terren Peizer, who will remain a director. Werner is chief financial officer and vice president of finance for Werner Holding Co., a privately held manufacturer of aluminum, fiberglass and wood ladders, scaffold and staging products.
