A plan to attract business and redevelop 230 acres in a light industrial area will be discussed at a public hearing Wednesday.
The Los Angeles Community Redevelopment Agency will present its five-year draft plan designed to revitalize the Wilmington Industrial Park, which is bordered by Broad Avenue, and Anaheim, B and Alameda streets.
The redevelopment zone was established in 1974, said agency spokesman Chuck Sifuentes.
The meeting will be at Banning Recreational Center, 1331 Eubank Ave., at 6 p.m.
Information: (310) 521-0700. The Redevelopment Agency can also provide copies of the plan.
