ANAHEIM : Alzheimer’s Patient Missing for 2 Weeks

Police are looking for a 65-year-old Alzheimer’s patient who has been missing two weeks.
Teodoro Carreon of San Elizario, Tex., was last seen July 4 near Walnut Street and Katella Avenue, police said.
Police describe Carreon as a Latino, 5 feet, 4 inches tall and 150 pounds with receding gray hair. He was wearing a long-sleeved navy blue dress shirt and navy blue slacks. Carreon has a graying mustache and a scar on the left side of his face.
