Ingram Micro: The firm said Thursday that it has acquired Datateam, one of Scandinavia’s largest computer products distributors. The company did would not disclose terms of the purchase.
Datateam, based in Stockholm, has operations in Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
The transaction marks the sixth European acquisition in the past two years for computer distributor Ingram Micro. The company, based in Santa Ana, has 70,000 customers in 75 countries and posted 1993 sales of more than $4 billion.
