Gus Frerotte appears to be the Washington Redskins’ starting quarterback for at least the next few weeks, whatever Heath Shuler’s condition. Redskin Coach Norv Turner said that Frerotte probably will start against the Dallas Cowboys on Nov. 20. Dallas is the Redskins’ next opponent after the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday because they have their bye week between the two dates.
