Patricia Hilton, 62, entertainment journalist who contributed to the “Outtakes” column, and wrote book reviews and other show business stories for The Times. Despite her illness in the last three years, she co-wrote a new book, “How to Get Hung: A Practical Guide for Emerging Artists.” Her Hollywood writing career also included feature stories and celebrity profiles for USA Weekend, USA Today and TV Guide. She served as editor of Beverly Hills People and conducted interviews for Marilyn Beck’s nationally syndicated column. Ms. Hilton was active in the Los Angeles Film Critics Society and the Mystery Writers of America. On Monday in Los Angeles of cancer.
