Ontario Chaffey 21, Rancho Cucamonga 3--Joe Williams’ 54-yard touchdown reception on a deflected pass in the first quarter was all the scoring Chaffey (12-1) needed in a Division VI semifinal at Chaffey College.
Chaffey, third-place finisher in the Mt. Baldy League, will play Atla Loma, Mt. Baldy League champion, for the divisional title Friday night.
Rancho Cucamonga finished 11-2.
