Foggy Days Are Here: The outlook for the county is clouded by its bankruptcy filing, which will delay public works projects, among other things. But the county will record an overall increase of 17,000 jobs and unemployment will remain low, dipping to 5.4% from 5.9%, despite the loss of another 6,000 aerospace jobs. Big job gains are forecast for accountants, financial specialists, insurers and real estate brokers. Both total personal income and retail sales in 1995 will increase by roughly 6%, raising the figures to $70.6 billion and $18.7 billion, respectively. Housing permits will fall 15% next year, however, from 11,670 this year to 10,000 in 1995.
