SANTA PAULA : 7 Residents Apply for Planning Board
- Share via
Seven Santa Paula residents have applied for a vacant seat on the city’s seven-member Planning Commission.
The City Council will interview the advisory panel candidates--Howard Bolton, Troy Helton, William Huff, David Johnson, Gerald Schmidt, Mitchel Stone and Franklin Tinsley--during the next two weeks.
The position became available in October when Commissioner W. John Kulwiec resigned.
Kulwiec, the principal partner in a Camarillo architectural firm, resigned so he could bid on designs for a city improvement project in downtown Santa Paula.
