6 Rescued Off England

LONDON — British rescuers saved the six-member crew of a sinking Danish cargo ship off the southwestern coast of England on Friday and were towing the boat to shore.
The captain of the coastal freight Marianne Danica had radioed for help, saying the boat was sinking rapidly in heavy seas and high winds eight miles southeast of Plymouth.
