Agee’s Final Paycheck Will Top $1 Million: The departing chairman of Morris Knudsen Corp. may go out the door with $1.5 million or more. According to contract terms and an executive pay expert, William Agee, who resigned last week in the face of mounting losses, could get as much as $4.8 million. Company board members and Acting Chief Executive Stephen Hanks have said Agee’s final pay has been discussed but not yet settled. The company’s fourth-quarter operating loss has been estimated at $150 million.
