FAA Names Safety Chief

WASHINGTON — The Federal Aviation Administration named Christopher A. Hart, a pilot, lawyer and aeronautical engineer, to be its new safety chief. The former member of the National Transportation Safety Board was picked as assistant administrator for system safety, a new post.
