Hygenics Pharmaceuticals: The company on Friday changed its trading symbol on the OTC Bulletin Board to HYGN. Earlier this week, the Laguna Hills company changed its name from Brian Pharmaceuticals Inc. to Hygenics Pharmaceuticals. It was formerly traded under the symbol DFMDV.
Hygenics Pharmaceuticals develops germ-killing topical agents used in soaps marketed to hospitals and other health-care facilities. It also develops similar products for consumers and for the food service industry.
