Waste Firm to Hold Hearing on Expansion

ENSCO officials will hold a public hearing Tuesday on expansion plans for their hazardous-waste storage facility in Wilmington.
The hearing will discuss environmental effects. It will be held at Wilmington Park Elementary School, 1140 Mahar Ave., at 7 p.m.
