Complete Logistics in Acquisition: Buena Park-based Complete Logistics Co. has purchased the assets of Morada Distribution Inc. of Stockton. Morada specialized in transportation and warehouse services for the 11 Western states. Complete Logistics is a Buena Park supply systems service and management company owned by publicly traded Carolina Freight Corp. of Charlotte, N.C. Complete Logistics provides equipment, supervisors, drivers, dock workers and clerical personnel to companies that opt not to handle their own shipping and warehousing operations. The company has offices in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area, Atlanta, Dallas and Miami.
