Wilson, Blue Jays Reach Agreement

Marina’s Craig Wilson has reached an agreement with the Toronto Blue Jays, his mother, Patsy Wilson, said.
Wilson, a catcher, was to sign with the Blue Jays Thursday and will be sent to Medicine Hat (Saskatchewan), a Class-A team in the Pioneer League. Wilson was a second-round selection.
