Florida Firm Takes Over Newbury Park Unit

A Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based printing supply company has taken over its previously franchised unit in Newbury Park.
The Florida concern, BCT Inc., says it now owns and operates the Ventura County plant. Terms of the takeover were not disclosed.
BCT operates a wholesale printing supply business, serving more than 35,000 quick printers and printing brokers throughout the United States and Canada. The company has about 100 plants.
The company concentrates on business cards, letterheads and other products used by business customers.
