Advantage Life Completes Acquisition of Environmental Professionals Inc.

IRVINE — Advantage Life Products Inc. completed its acquisition of Eagle Vision Inc.’s Environmental Professionals Inc. unit for common stock.
Environmental Professionals is an environmental contracting and remediation firm. It had sales of about $7 million in 1994.
Advantage Life said the transaction was structured as a merger between its Advantage Acquisition Inc. unit and Environmental Professionals, with Advantage Acquisition emerging as the surviving entity. Advantage Life said it will form a new unit to own, operate and manage Advantage Life’s hair-extension product, Secret Hair.
Advantage Life said that shareholders will receive a yet-to-be-determined number of warrants to acquire additional shares of the company, Advantage Life said.
