Fluor Corp. The Irvine company’s Fluor Daniel unit has completed the purchase of Anderson DeBartolo Pan Inc., a closely held Tucson architecture and construction firm, for an undisclosed price. Anderson DeBartolo, which is not affiliated with real estate firm Edward J. DeBartolo Corp. in Youngstown, Ohio, mainly provides design and construction services for the “micro-electric” and sports industries. Anderson DeBartolo recently redesigned nine sports stadiums used during the World Cup soccer tournament and does the same each year for the stadium that is host to football’s Super Bowl. Anderson DeBartolo, which is owned by its senior officers, had revenue of $32 million last year. Fluor Daniel is an engineering and construction company.
