Garcia, Robinson Lead Santa Ana Past Millikan

SANTA ANA — Ladon Robinson had two kickoff returns for touchdowns and quarterback Anthony Garcia passed for three more as Santa Ana rolled past Long Beach Millikan, 32-20, in a nonleague game Thursday night at Santa Ana Stadium.
Santa Ana (1-1) opened scoring in the first quarter with a 60-yard touchdown pass from Garcia to Carlos Rodriguez.
The Saints scored 18 points in the second quarter. Robinson returned a Millikan kickoff 90 yards. Garcia followed with two touchdown passes, both caught by Francisco Franco, one 30 yards and the other 18 yards, giving Santa Ana a 25-7 halftime lead.
Robinson had an 80-yard kickoff return for a touchdown in the third quarter for Santa Ana.
Garcia completed five passes for 122 yards. Robinson led Santa Ana in rushing with 87 yards in 10 carries.
Omar Gomez and Moises Torres each had an interception for Santa Ana.
