* Samuel Goldwyn Co. senior executive Ray Price is leaving the company to become vice president at Trimark Pictures, where he will oversee forming a new division to distribute what the company is calling “moderately budgeted, upscale, sophisticated films.”
Price’s duties at Goldwyn will be assumed by his boss, Lance Kirk, senior vice president of operations.
* Jennifer Perini was promoted to vice president of production for Warner Bros. Pictures.
* Jeff Kleeman has been promoted to senior vice president-production for United Artists Pictures.
