Canyon 56, Burroughs Ridgecrest 6--Sam Morfin rushed for 214 yards and scored three touchdowns to lead visiting Canyon (3-2).
Morfin gained 143 yards in the first quarter including a 62-yard touchdown run.
Canyon’s Ahjeron Palmer rushed for 19 yards and a touchdown, completed two of three passes for 13 yards and caught a touchdown pass for 30 yards. Shawn Kelso rushed for 85 yards in 15 carries and two touchdowns.
Cameron Chancey scored for Burroughs (3-2) on a one-yard run.
